Can
something as simple as a hair loss supplement really allow you to stop
your balding and get your hair back? In this article, I'll take a
closer look at the reality.
Your Diet
Yes
it is true that what you eat can influence your hair health. If you eat
nothing but junk food then your hair will look dull compared to someone
who eats well and has glossy hair.
One way to get nutrients without making big changes to your diet is to take supplements.
Supplements
Supplements
are normally in vitamin and mineral form. Unfortunately, studies have
shown that many such vitamins especially are ineffective when packaged
in this way.
If you think about it, even when you purchase fresh
food, if you do not eat it quickly then the nutrients diminish very
quickly. If you cook it then you also destroy the nutrition. So if you
think about trying to reduce all the goodness of fresh fruit and
vegetables into a tiny little pill then it is not surprising that many
of these pills are devoid of nutrition.
Probably the only
exception is vitamin C which has been shown to be effective when taken
as a hair loss supplement. It increases the circulation in the scalp
which in turn renutrifies the hair follicles which in turn helps to
grow thicker and stronger hair and arrest any thinning or any hair loss.
Only Part Of The Answer
I
do advise my clients to have a good diet if they want healthy hair. But
when it comes to actual hair loss and hair recovery then diet only
plays a small part.
You must also use a herbal cure and ensure
that you brush your hair properly too. Diet and supplements alone are
rarely enough to cure your hair loss.
